Colony Dodges Coverage In Oil Waste Transporter Action

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday found Colony Insurance Co. has no duty to cover oil and gas waste transporter Bear Productions Inc. in a proposed class action alleging the company polluted soil and water in Oklahoma with toxic waste from its operations.
