Miami Beach Panel Approves Large Mixed-Use Project

Law360, Miami (April 3, 2013, 8:49 PM EDT) -- The Miami Beach Planning Board on Wednesday unanimously approved developer Crescent Heights' mixed-use residential-retail project in South Beach with some conditions regarding noise and the resolution of outstanding code violations.

The board approved the developer's application for the 600 Alton Rd. project, situated at the main gateway to Miami Beach, subject to several conditions.
