Food Safety Group Demands Deadlines For FDA Rules

Law360, San Francisco (March 27, 2013, 4:19 PM EDT) -- The Center for Food Safety on Wednesday urged a California federal judge to impose and enforce deadlines for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to implement regulations aimed at making the national food supply safer, arguing there is no dispute that the FDA missed deadlines imposed by Congress.
