Wal-Mart, Panasonic Block Remand Of Shoddy Plasma TV Suit

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 6:31 PM EDT) -- An Arkansas federal judge found Wednesday that a putative class action accusing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Panasonic Corp. of concealing screen defects commonly found in Sanyo plasma televisions must remain in federal court, ruling that damages could potentially exceed $5 million.
