ConAgra Plant Workers Win Conditional Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 12:09 PM EDT) -- An Arkansas federal judge on Wednesday granted early-stage certification to a class of ConAgra Foods Inc. supervisors who claim they were denied overtime pay, allowing the workers to begin notifying potential class members.
