Fla. High Court Clarifies Rules For Private Info In E-Records

Law360, Miami (March 28, 2013, 10:01 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday amended its rules on how to treat private information in court documents, including eliminating its requirement that such information be identified in specific categories, as the state court system continues to make more court records available for public viewing online.
