CIT Blocks Liquidation Of Chinese Saw Blade Imports

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 7:27 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Thursday blocked two federal agencies from liquidating a Chinese company's entries of imported diamond saw blades subject to anti-dumping duties, but refused to prevent the government from revoking duties on the company's future imports.
