Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Suit Booted Back To Fla. Court

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 6:20 PM EDT) -- Hulk Hogan's copyright infringement suit over a leaked sex tape will be returned to a Florida state court after a federal judge on Thursday rejected Gawker Media LLC's claims that the suit has sufficient federal ties to stay in U.S. district court.

Gawker argued that the suit belonged in Florida federal court because Hogan's invasion of privacy claims were covered by the U.S. Constitution, and that his request that he receive all rights, title and interest in the video was covered by the federal Copyright Act....
