Whirlpool Hit With $750M Suit Over Ohio Park Chemicals

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- Whirlpool Corp. and others were hit with a $750 million proposed class action Thursday by families claiming their loved ones contracted cancer and other illnesses after being exposed to chemicals the home applicance maker allegedly dumped at an Ohio park.
