Husband Recounts Constant Pain At DePuy Hip Implant Trial

Law360, Chicago (March 28, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The husband of a woman suing Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Inc. over its recalled ASR XL metal hip testified Thursday in Illinois that his wife had been in constant pain since getting revision surgery prompted by the implant's alleged failure.
