Greenberg Traurig Faces DQ Bid In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 1:26 PM EDT) -- A specialty medical clinic asked a Nevada federal judge Thursday to disqualify Greenberg Traurig LLP from representing Apexus Inc. in an antitrust suit alleging the nonprofit abused a federal drug-discount program, saying it had shared confidential information with the firm when seeking counsel in the case.
