CDW Unit Strikes $6M Deal To End Fee-Dodging Case

Law360, Washington (March 29, 2013, 5:00 PM EDT) -- Federal contractor CDW-Government LLC will pay $5.6 million to settle an employee whistleblower suit alleging it made improper shipping charges, sold prohibited products from China and other countries, and underreported sales to avoid fees under a U.S. General Services Administration contract, the government announced Friday.
