Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Friday reportedly approved a deal concerning Facebook Inc. CEO Mark Zuckerberg's bid for Microsoft Corp.'s advertising business.

The antitrust regulator approved a deal relating to Zuckerberg and Microsoft Corp.’s advertising business, according to a Bloomberg report. An FTC notice posted Friday confirmed only that a transaction involving Zuckerberg had been approved, while a spokesman for the agency declined to comment beyond the notice.
