EPA Denies California's Emissions Waiver

Law360 (December 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday denied California's request to set its own limits on greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles, saying a national approach would be more effective than a state-by-state approach.
