Ralphs Takes Calif. Union-Picketing Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Ralphs Grocery Co. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a California Supreme Court decision allowing a labor union to picket on private property outside one of the chain's stores, claiming the state laws on which the ruling was based are unconstitutional.
