2nd Circ. Asked To Revive Deutsche Tax Shelter Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 8:06 PM EDT) -- Former Deutsche Bank AG clients asked the Second Circuit to revive their case alleging the German bank duped them into participating in an illegal tax shelter, saying the bank dragged out settlement negotiations with the U.S. government in order to avoid private class action litigation.
