Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 11:14 PM EDT) -- A doctor sought to protect his whistleblower claims against several medical providers over an alleged kickback scheme from dismissal on Friday in Pennsylvania federal court, citing a recent Fourth Circuit decision that extends the statute of limitations for False Claims Act cases filed during times of war.
