Citing Comcast, High Court Vacates Cert. In RBS Wage Case

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 8:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ordered the Seventh Circuit to reconsider whether a group of RBS Citizens NA employees deserved class certification in light of the high court's ruling last week for Comcast Corp.

Last Wednesday, the justices ruled that an appeals court should have applied more scrutiny to classwide damages models when it upheld certification in an antitrust class action against Comcast.
