Dairy Farmers' Attys Seek $53M Fees In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The attorneys for a class of dairy farmers on Wednesday defended their bid for nearly $53 million in fees from a $158.6 million antitrust settlement they negotiated with Dairy Farmers of America Inc. and others over the price of milk in the Southeast U.S., saying the deal and fees should be approved.
