Fla. Can't Collect Fuel Taxes From Tribe, 11th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 2:59 PM EDT) -- The Seminole Tribe of Florida on Friday urged the Eleventh Circuit to reinstate a lawsuit arguing that the state of Florida violates federal law by taxing fuel the tribe uses on its reservation, saying the suit's claims are supported, and not barred, by federal law.
