Suit Pins Pancreatic Cancer Deaths On Merck Diabetes Drug

Law360, Chicago (April 2, 2013, 5:17 PM EDT) -- Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. has been targeted in a wrongful death suit made available in Illinois state court Monday that alleges three people developed pancreatic cancer as a result of taking Merck's Januvia, one of a class of diabetes drugs that has come under investigations by multiple regulators.
