AIG Unit Can't Exit Early From $69M Wildfire Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday tossed a bad faith claim but denied a quick overall win to an American International Group Inc. unit contesting coverage of a $69 million award in lawsuits blaming a water district for property damage from a 2008 fire.
