Exxon Says Enviros Can't Sue It Over Refinery Emissions

Law360, Houston (April 2, 2013, 5:49 PM EDT) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. on Tuesday told a Texas federal judge that environmental groups cannot sue the company over emissions from a refinery it owns because state and federal regulators have already taken enforcement actions against it.
