Transocean Can't Dodge Deepwater Investigation Subpoenas

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 2:55 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Saturday refused to block several subpoenas issued to Transocean Ltd. by the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board in its probe of toxic chemical releases during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, ruling the agency had the authority to investigate the incident.
