Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Late artist Thomas Kinkade's company kept its win Tuesday in a contract dispute with former dealers of his artwork when the Sixth Circuit affirmed the toss of a $1.4 million arbitration award for the dealers, declaring their controversy-riddled arbitration was "a model of how not to conduct one."
