Competition Legislation To Watch In 2008

Law360, New York (December 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- U.S. legislators put several antitrust laws under the legal microscope in 2007, thanks to several precedent-setting Supreme Court decisions and the much-anticipated release of a three-year government study on modernizing competition laws. But as the presidential elections near, few antitrust experts believe any major reforms will be implemented in 2008.
