SEC Files Second Suit Over United Rentals Fraud

Law360, New York (January 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has filed another lawsuit in its ongoing investigation of United Rentals Inc., this time targeting the former chief financial officer of a construction company who allegedly signed off on transactions that helped United Rentals in its fraudulent accounting scheme.
