Parker Waichman Backs Bayer Over NJ Mirena Consolidation

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 5:31 PM EDT) -- Parker Waichman LLP and AnapolSchwartz joined with Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals last month to try to convince the Superior Court of New Jersey to reconsider its denial of Bayer's request to centralize dozens of cases related to Mirena, Bayer’s intrauterine birth control device, according to a Monday statement.
