Troutman Sanders Beats Conflict Of Interest Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (April 3, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a medical device maker's lawsuit over a Troutman Sanders LLP partner's simultaneous representation of the company and its majority shareholder during a dispute over stock shares and allegedly defective products.
