Dorsey & Whitney Must Face School Bonds Suit, 6th Circ. Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (April 3, 2013, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday reversed a decision in favor of law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP in a suit accusing it of making numerous misrepresentations in issuing about $7 million in municipal revenue bonds for the purchasers of a school building, saying the plaintiffs made plausible claims for relief.
