Google Can't Duck $30M Verdict In Vringo Patent Case

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Wednesday denied Google Inc.'s bid to overturn a $30 million patent infringement verdict, rejecting the search giant's argument that ringtone maker Vringo Inc. hadn't shown it had suffered any damages after it filed suit in September 2011.
