NY High Court Snubs $11M Bryan Cave Malpractice Award Row

Law360, Los Angeles (April 3, 2013, 9:09 PM EDT) -- New York's highest court on Tuesday refused to take up businessman Herbert Feinberg's previously overturned $10.6 million judgment against a former Bryan Cave LLP lawyer he sued for malpractice after a buying a clothing company for what Feinberg believed was too high a price.
