SEC's San Fran Chief Jumps To Gibson Dunn

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 7:14 PM EDT) -- Marc Fagel, head of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's San Francisco regional office, will step down to join Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP later this month, significantly bolstering the firm's securities and white collar practices, it announced Wednesday.
