Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 8:10 PM EDT) -- The hulking profits Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac reported for 2012 have been widely lauded as signs of a recovering housing market, and they've also reignited the debate about whether the government should continue to sponsor the entities.
