Fla. Law Firm's Property Interest Suit Gets 2nd Life

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday reinstated Vocelle & Berg LLP's suit seeking to assert its interest in property held in a real estate escrow account that fruit grower IMG Citrus Inc. had moved to garnish, saying a trial court mistakenly dismissed the suit by misinterpreting a contract.
