Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- BDO Seidman LLP's former CEO, whose federal criminal conviction was overturned last year, told a New York state judge Wednesday that an arbitration award that found the accounting firm didn't have to pay his defense costs was tainted by hidden facts about BDO's attorneys at DLA Piper.
