Feds Relaunch Charges In Jenkens Tax Fraud Case

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Manhattan federal prosecutors filed a superseding indictment in anticipation of the retrial of two defendants in the Jenkens & Gilchrist PC tax fraud case, almost a year after a judge threw out their convictions after finding out a juror in the case had lied about her past.
