High Court Asked To Weigh Trade Groups' Right To Sue EPA

Law360, Los Angeles (April 4, 2013, 3:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and four trade groups have urged the Supreme Court to review a lower court's decision that barred business organizations from judicial review of action taken by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, counsel McDermott Will & Emery LLP announced Thursday.
