Judge Seeks Zyprexa Litigation Cleanup

Law360, New York (January 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge overseeing a slew of product liability cases over Eli Lilly & Co.'s blockbuster anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa is seeking to shut down suits that have reportedly been settled but remain on the court's dockets.
