Tyco Fires Back In Containers Case

Law360 (January 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Tyco International Inc. has told a judge that 200 hours of deposition time in an antitrust suit alleging a monopoly over hypodermic disposal containers is excessive and that the plaintiff has not supported the request.
