Ex-FDA Official Says DePuy Followed Hip Implant Watch Rules

Law360, Chicago (April 4, 2013, 4:12 PM EDT) -- During trial Thursday over Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Inc.'s ASR XL metal hip, a former U.S. Food and Drug Administration compliance official testified that he believed the company's post-market surveillance for the device substantially complied with federal laws and regulations.
