CIT Quashes Challenge To Duties On Indian Steel

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 7:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has rebuffed a challenge to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s review of an anti-dumping order on stainless steel bar from India, finding Commerce properly used domestic petitioners' allegations in calculating a dumping margin for Indian steelmaker Mukand Ltd.
