Eagle Ford Worker Shortage Prompts Spike In Noncompetes

Law360, Dallas (April 11, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Litigation over noncompete agreements for oil and gas workers in the Eagle Ford Shale is spiking after a rush to drill led some companies to poach skilled workers from their competitors, who then moved to lock in their best talent with tough restrictions, experts say.
