Greenberg Blasts DQ Bid In Drug-Discount Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP fought back Thursday against a bid to disqualify the firm from representing nonprofit Apexus Inc. in an antitrust suit over alleged abuse of a federal drug-discount program, strongly denying that it faced a conflict of interest in the case.

The Vaccine Center and Travel Medicine Clinic has accused Apexus of colluding with the Southern Nevada Health District and GlaxoSmithKline LLC to exploit the so-called 340B federal discount drug program for illicit profit.
