Prime Healthcare's Conspiracy Claims Against Kaiser Fall Flat

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 9:31 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge recently found Prime Healthcare Services Inc. hadn't backed up its claims that several Kaiser Permanente units and the Service Employees International Union had conspired to muscle it out of the emergency care market and jack up service worker wages, and said he was leaning toward tossing the suit.
