BP Loses Appeal To Halt Deepwater Payouts

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday shot down BP PLC’s request for a temporary injunction on any payments to claimants in the Deepwater Horizon disaster court proceedings, rejecting BP’s arguments that many of the claims being considered are fake.
