CIT Tells Commerce To Review Chinese Furniture Duties

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 6:59 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Friday upheld the U.S. Department of Commerce's use of zeroing in a review of anti-dumping duties imposed on Chinese bedroom furniture companies, but ordered the agency to reconsider another aspect of its duty determination.
