Thompson Wigdor Founder Says Firm Stiffed Him

Law360, New York (April 8, 2013, 2:01 PM EDT) -- A Thompson Wigdor LLP founding partner who was suspended from practicing law in the Southern District of New York over his conduct in an employment discrimination case has accused the firm of withholding $600,000 it allegedly owes him under a separation agreement.
