Chevron Can't Derail Class Cert. In Hot Fuel MDL

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A Kansas judge on Friday certified a class action alleging Chevron USA Inc. sold gas in California without revealing or accounting for temperature expansion, finding the plaintiffs' claims present common questions that can be addressed with classwide proof.
