AutoCAD Software Maker Says Infringement Claims Barred

Law360, Dallas (April 9, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- Autodesk Inc., the maker of the popular design software AutoCAD, on Tuesday opened a bench trial in Texas federal court by arguing that two patents it is accused of infringing are unenforceable because of the plaintiff's inequitable conduct and purposeful destruction of evidence.
